Featured Game

I’ve been away for a while, beginning around the time when everything started to get quiet, and I come back to this! I am astonished and thankful for all of the support. After spending roughly a year of my free time and putting my heart and soul into it, seeing my game get featured makes me realize even more that what I created is important, not just to me but to others. I hope that with being featured and as more people recognize my game that I help inspire others in their game making endeavors.

I also have a couple of announcements which I hope won’t be disappointing to any of you. The final version of VorlorN has been uploaded for some time now. In the past I had thought about adding new areas to the game or making an alternate version but it is safe to say now that this is not going to happen. There will also not be a sequel or a prequel but there is a possibility of a spiritual sequel in the more distant future. With that said, I will still update this page from time to time.

My second announcement is that I am putting the RPGMaker programs behind me. RPGMaker has been a great tool in creating what I wanted to create in the past but I believe now that its limitations are holding me from my true potential. Therefore, I have already begun making simple games that can be played not only on desktop computers but also on smartphones and tablets. My next blog post will most likely be more about this. I look forward to the future of things to come and I hope you do to.

Where do i get the sword or just please give me a hint on how to get it
WOW! This game is so awesome! I love the shadows.
It's great, but I think it is better to have some more save points since it is annoying to have to run a LONGGGGGGGGG way to get to where I died. Also the menu animation can move faster since it is easy to touch X when I try to press Z.
How do I trigger the levers in the telekinesis room?
every time I try to download this game my antivirus detects an "Worm.Win32.AutoRun.aV" in it.
not cool :/
It is called a false positive. I am fairly certain that if there really was a worm in the file, it wouldn't be on this site.
Goin on my to-play list.
Damn, this page looks nice, haha.

Nor would I have reviewed it or even given it such a lofty recommendation. :)
I'm going to be completely honest and I'm sorry to come off as rude but
This game is terrible

For one, it crashes A LOT there were times when the controls would stop working and it would pause every few seconds. I had to restart my laptop at least 3 times.
The gameplay was no fun either, sneaking around OVER POWERED monsters was okay, I was really excited when I had discovered the sword and I thought "Oh cool, a sword now I can be all bad ass and kill these monsters" Boy was I wrong, the monsters were hard to kill because they move around WAY TOO much, sometimes they would die by 2 strikes or 3 strikes, it was hard to tell. The main character is VERY weak, VERY VERY WEAK he would die after getting hit at least 4 times. Also it was so irritating how slow the game was at times when you had to walk upstairs and climb ladders, I guess that was suppose to build tension but it was really annoying. If there is ever a time you all decide to go back and remake the game, please don't don't make Donavin (I think that's his name ) so weak, make the sword attacks less stiff, and don't make the monsters so overpowering. The only bright side(s) to this game was the story, sounds, and puzzles.
Thanks for the constructive criticism. I understand where you're coming from and I agree that the game is difficult and the gameplay is slow at times. However, the game should not be crashing. You are the only person to report this type of problem, so I am going to say that it has to be something on your end that is causing the crashing.
This game looks amazing. If you dont mind, can i make a playthrough on this?
Is it because I'm on New Game Plus that the final boss is impossible? I don't remember having this much trouble with it before, and I actually know what I'm supposed to be doing this time. Also I absolutely cannot see anything. I'm getting battered around in the dark and my brightness is turned up all the way. I'm going to try and adjust color settings and see what happens.
I'm a bit confused...I just did an LP of this game and I also made a bonus video for "Newgame Plus" but......I'm not sure if I was really on newgame plus? There was no option for it, I just started a new game, but..enemies seemed harder, so I assumed it was. Someone on here said it added new puzzles though and I saw nothing new whatsoever puzzle wise.

I guess it was though because there was one tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny difference in the ending, which I assume makes it the alternate ending. A bit disappointing after all that work going through a second time honestly, but eh.

All in all, it was a great game and the atmosphere was fantastic, easily one of the best parts.
Let's give this game a try shall we :3
After finishing my lets play of this game, Just felt so sad. Q~Q

I much enjoyed this game as ParaNausea let's play. :)
Impressed with the beutiful stage effects using light and dark, had fun of her commentary and scream as well. lol
I love this aesthetic! Looking forward to playing later tonight.

EDIT: Well, that's that finished! I'm a little late to the show here, but I'll leave a review.
