Slimey's got a quest!
Albeit a small and insignificant one,
and he can't do it alone!
You need to guide Slimey through his perilous journey of dungeoneering!
Meet three other monsters on the way:
Pixa the Pixie, Dae'stra the Drake, and Eric the Skeleton!
(it's rather depressing his name isn't an alliteration)
Five dungeons to explore, monsters to fight, bosses to kill, Treasure to gain, *breathe* RTP graphics.......
Added the Yanfly Battle Engine!
Will have the CSCA Encyclopedia!
A tribute to Nicob's let's play of Vagabond (Introduction of Slimey) and Fez (Slimey's second adventure!) Check him out at his channel...
This game is a simple RTP-RPG-Dungeoncrawler-thing-a-ma-jig.
More practice than anything. Of course, I still want it to be good.
Any help would be appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE:
I'm no longer working on this, nor shall I improve it or fix any bugs. The only game-breaker (that I know of) is that one boss, by the name of Sherly, has one too many zero's in their HP stat. If you have the power to go into the editor then I suggest you change it by removing the zero. If not, sorry to say but =l

I'm having some serious trouble with this game. I've reached the third boss, the demon dog Sherly. After battling it for almost an hour and using all my items, I couldn't beat it. I kept attacking and attacking and it wouldn't die. I eventually just gave up and closed the game window.
I looked at the game in VX Ace. The boss has 80,000 HP! Even if I did 300 damage a turn and never died, at that rate it would take about 267 turns just to defeat the boss! Is there some trick I'm not getting that you need to do to win?
I just fought Sherly, and it still has enormous amount of HP, might still be 80,000!!!
Helloooo, DM! I just came here to tell you that I finished this game, and it was pretty good! And funny too! At first, it was quite hard to beat the enemies, but it gradually became more easier as I got more and better equipment. As I said, the game was very funny, from the beggining to the end (Slimey was a quite dumb guy... that may explain why they are the weakest monsters in a RPG...). I also find a pair of bugs that I easily fixed by going into the editor, but nothing that stopped me from enjoying this game.

Found a serious bug that could prevent a player from continuing playing. The door of the room where Terrara in Grandview is apparently closed, but you can actually walk across it. The problem is, once you talk to her, the door apparently opens. But if you try to walk through the doorway from either side you can't walk across it. The problem isafter going up, if you drop down the hole into the room with the 2 treasure chests, you would need to go back through the room where Terrara is. Since you can't, you are basically stuck at this point.
So all I need to do is switch the passage settings for the closed door to be Same as Character, and the open one to Below Character, got it!

Which beginning cutscene: the cutscene at the arena, a cutscene involving her before talking to the Goblin King or are you talking about the one in her room? BTW, I think I ended talking to him before I talked to her.
Also, I just found the first game-breaking bug: if you head to the teleport all the way in the back of the Grandview temple you get a missing map error.

Thanks for the hint. I figured it out. I think players will have trouble figuring it out.
I'd hoped the beginning cut scene with the drake would make you want you to figure out her importance.

Sei, I got to the Goblin's town but can't figure out what to do next. I personally haven't found the game that hard at all. The mistakes I have found so far are typing and spellings ones.
So, you talked to the Drake THEN the goblin king?
the drake has some special dialogue only unlocked through repeated question asking, learn which ones continue the conversation! Try re-asking questions.
If so you should be clear to enter the mines, which is to the east of the Goblin King's throne.

great game really hard but I made a video on it btw great game windows editing I cant do it I review it with 4 stars but it should be a comment I was told.
Sorry, but the only thing I got out of that was that you liked it, it was hard, if you could write a review you'd give it a 4, and you made a video.
