Be aware that some elements of the game are somewhat violent.

STORY

The game is about groups of “special” students: The inquisitive, the mysterious, and the insane. Among them, there is one particular student who seems to be very interested in the school’s secrets. One by one, the forbidden knowledge unveils before his curiosity. But...
"When you know something, you will have to exchange something for it..."

NOTE

"In this game, screenshots don't say anything."
The game has 7 chapters and 5 endings. But I'm pretty sure 50% people can't play chapter 7 and fall down to first ending - The WORST. Not because it's hard to play, it's hard to get. And make sure: You are in a dark room, alone, "max" volume. And remember...Don't just play, look around, or you can't get to Chapter 7. If you're lucky, you won't have to see anything "creepy". And one more thing, remember the numbers.

It's a free track from Presence of Music. So most likely Ib is not the only one that uses it.
Best game I ever played even I got Bad Ending
Just finished the game (first got the bad ending, only during the end of the countdown did I realize what the numbers meant, so I went for it a second round - I'm assuming the ending where
the bodies are found and you're put away in a mental hospital
is supposed to be the "good" ending?), the chapter with the knife fights was irritating but otherwise I thought it was an engaging story. I'll collect my thoughts on it later.

One thing - what was up with that one note, y'know, the one that says -
The one lying in front of the mirror accidentally took the curse from the girl, and now, he himself is the curse.
Is it meant to be some revelation in the game's story or just an Easter egg for those of us who bothered to take notice of it? :P

No, it isn't good ending. There's no good ending in the game, even the "Happy ending".

Yes, yes it is :)
The note is a proof, showing the "Happy Ending" is not what it looks like. The curse didn't stop.
The game looks interesting but I can't play because it's suuuuper slow and it would crash on fullscreen (my netbook would restart).
I'm new to rpgmaker games. I don't have to install rpgmaker, do I? And it seems it doesn't need an RTP to play it.
I don't know what's going on and how to fix this problem. :(

That's weird. It supposed to be not missing it. Try re-extract it with winrar and see if the problem is fixed.

Looks pretty cool, just gotta ask are there any jump scares? Like in The Crooked Man if the big bad guy was nearby it would show a horrifying picture instantly to shock you.

Agreed, I'll play if its just suspense. But if it was jumpscares I think I would just pussy out, at least until my friend came over to play it with me, can't play jumpscare games alone. Can barely play horror games alone. XD
This is awesome-

I'm not even suprised to think that this would be the best horror game here!

The sounds are great, the arts are well-made, and the plot aren't confusing- in a good way.

So basically, i'm just gonna say that this is worth-to-play.

Totally recommended it.

/P.S/If that school was real- For my sanity sake, i wouldn't enroll there/
just want to ask, for ending. before playing i want confirm, any good ending in this game?
good ending = not clifthanger ending, not open ending, all good win and bad lose ending, or something like that.....
This game seems too awesome to pass up.

Would it be okay if I did a let's play of it?

There's a good ending, but if you truly understand the story, it's worse than a bad ending.

Sure, why not. :)
haven't played yet but i'm about to, man the description makes this game seem so creepy, love it, can't wait to play this game and get all the endings! but dang, i wonder if the last chapter is really that hard to get to, whatever, almost midnight my time, so time to get scared and hopefully not wake up anybody
hey i'm probably gonna download the game, but i'd like to know why it is or maybe isn't a good game to play

I watched a lp on YT for this
and its a good+ game.
i think the mapping could of been condensed in some areas (like absurdly wide school hallways for example)
and the entire plot was difficult to understand. perhaps you could only make theory's as to what happened and not have a single clear answer which is unfortunate.

the atmosphere otherwise was really good! and i loved how each chapter tried to connect multiple events together and how each individual perceived a situation.
the multiple endings gave it extra value but the true end is really weird.
and it felt like a few things were left unanswered and you may even say there are plot holes in it.

Overall
i recommend this experience. i enjoyed it because it didn't get too dark for my tastes.

Q (spoilers)
who are the too boys from the start of the game and how do they fit into this

who threw the rock that damaged the original girls eye and why?

how was sato murdered and alive? (true end)

how does a mere school have the power to hide someones real age for years?

how do they plan on hiding the curse when its common knowledge at least as a rumor in he school? people graduate,go home ect this is impossible.

how does the school not get hut down if students keep disappearing there? killing a student isn't go to hide anything its going to amke the situation worse there is no way around that unless they have the power to alter peoples memories and start with their parents amount others which as far as i understand they don't.

do people really die if they are not killed in someone else's illusion?

how do they die in that case?

whats the deal with dying at 12?

is there really a curse?

why did this start?

Thank you for playing the game. I can't answer all of your questions now, but i admit there were a lot of plot holes in the game. But no worry cuz i've decided to make a prequel, and i hope it will answer all of your questions. :)
I just hope if someone makes a sequel of this game i really enjoyed it....Btw when Tuan gets the Knife and kills Sang then gets sent to a Mental hospital and says 'it's coming" can anyone explain what's happening

The curse was coming for Tuan, he was going to die. But since there'll be a remake version, that could be changed. Check out Seven Mysteries Redux. ♥
