My self-indulgent mess of a first game, starring an entire cast of dogs!!
Made with RM2k3 with the goal of being the happiest, least scary game ever made on that engine. Vibe-wise, I was going for a mush between The World Ends With You, Chibi-Robo, and Nintendogs. It is cute, bright, and obnoxious.
The game can be beaten once in about an hour.
Featuring:
-2 endings!
-Over 20 dog breeds!
-dum shibe
-100 billion lines of dialogue
-About 2000 references to obscure video games that only I will understand
-My tears

There is an issue with the version I downloaded (which I downloaded the day I wrote this).
I've extracted all of the zipped files to a destination folder on the desktop so I could play the game, just so you know. (kind of duh)
ANYWAY, when I click the RPG_RT.EXE file a blanck white canvas fills the screen (suggesting initialization) for about seven seconds afterwhich, whether I tap F4 in the time that it occurs or not, a window with a black backround appears with a message stating:

(DDERR_UNSUPPORTED)
"
Is it something to do with my computer? I have DirectX version 11.

DirectDraw was deprecated in later versions of DirectX iirc. Try googling DirectDraw deprecated error Windows 8 and try some of the solutions there.

hello Rpg maker,can you make Pom gets Wi-Fi for windows (all versions,or just Windows XP)because i dont have a mac,and i really want play this game,thanks for reading and if making for Windows,:) thanks again,it worked now,please make the Pom gets wifi 2,it'll be 2 hours of playing and one idea(bad ;-;) : master of Shibe gets to doggy heaven

If I recall correctly, you just sit there and don't touch anything while Shibe talks.

i downloaded pom gets wifi for about 3 times and when I click the game the screen becomes black like its about to start then it shrinks and says " the file Pom gets wifi cannot be opened" i really want to play the game! but i just cant.
P.S
Also,I tried to use the scan thing but it told me to pay money.
So that one does n`t work either, So don`t tell me to use that.
