Meribia has survived the storm that ravaged the ship in which she and her brothers were sailing. She now finds herself alone in a new land. Not knowing what to do, her instincts tell her to find higher ground and search for survivors. This leads her to meeting Kulesz, a member of the Stormers' Guild, who persuades her to join. As a Guild member, Meribia will be able to help people and explore a new continent while searching for her lost siblings. What she does not know, is that the land in which she has found herself is a war-torn land, and that her quest will lead her to an unexpected confrontation.

Features:
* A version of the Tankentai-Enu side-view battle system with ATOA components

* Overdrive (limit break) attacks
* Animated enemy battlers!

* Animated title screen
* Every NPC has a face!
* Half-Kaizer sprites (original, edited, and from community sources) resized to work with standard tiles!
* Music by RMN members!

Final-ish version released today.

I will be uploading version 0.99 today. I say version 0.99 because I think that no work is ever really complete. As far as the original vision of this second volume goes, this is fairly close. Below the features in this game:

* A version of the Tankentai-Enu side-view battle system with ATOA components
* Team attacks (similar to Chrono Trigger)
* Overdrive (limit break) attacks
* Animated enemy battlers!
* Convenient HUD that you can disable if you choose to.
* Animated title screen and menus based on Moghunter
* Every NPC has a face!
* Half-Kaizer sprites (original, edited, and from community sources) resized to work with standard tiles!
* Music by RMN members!
* Music by the legendary Kevin MacLeod!
* Music by Forrest Wilburn!
* Music by Bach!
* A cool introduction with the world's lore
* A guild requests system
* Parodies of video game conventions
* * References to classical literary works
* A castle base!!!!! Recruit people!
* 8 + hours of gameplay!

Features not implemented, under revision for Vol. 3:
* Active Time Battle System - it conflicted with the full party attack :(
* Wheel command - it crashed the game :(

Overall, I'm quite happy with the results. I hope you enjoy this second entry in The Generica Trilogy (no relation to Kentona's work of the same name).

Sorry that I took forever to respond, I have been concentrating on finals.
It's in one of 2 places (can't recall which) - either in some ruins to the northwest (there's a demon of sorts at the end as well) or in an underground cave. The entrance is a small hole on the ground at the center of the large map west of Berlindas.
Thanks for giving the game a chance!

There is no guild, just the Academy which story-wise serves as guild. You want to go to the large building in the first section of the town (straight up when you go in) and walk all the way to the right. The kid with the red hoodie who previously was like "leave me alone" will sponsor you under the condition that you help him afterwards with an undefined task.

Hope this helps :)

Going back to it now it seems really hard. I should have given a few more hints. There are three book repositories in the courtyard. Go into the right-most one. There are four groups of bookshelves - you want the group on the top right. On of those bookshelves (I think it was the middle one) has a hidden button behind one of the books. You hit the switch and the teleporter to the AquaProfound Dungeon (a play on D&D's Waterdeep) appears in the middle of the courtyard.

Found and pulled the switch... No teleporter....

Sorry for the poor explanation. I made an image of where the switches are (there were 3)
