Latest Update: Version 1.5 (January 23, 2021)

One hundred years after the events of Blackmoon Prophecy, the world of Gaia has recovered from the conflict with Emperor Belmont, Malacore, and Zeul which saw a group of adventurers, today known as the Light Warriors, save the world from certain doom.

The rebuilt Lindblum Kingdom stands proudly as the world's fastest growing economical and military force. With the fierce backing of Esperkind behind the kingdom, it appeared that nothing would disrupt the immense prosperity that Lindblum was experiencing until Esperkind suddenly turned against Lindblum. The game follows the adventures of a young Augurer (specially trained anti-Esper monster summoner) named Zephyr Highwind who is forced to abandon his simple lifestyle of looking after Winter, a white chocobo which belonged to his deceased sister Ezra. With new friends aiding him, Zephyr seeks to put an end to the rising hostilities between Lindblum and the Espers, led by Ramuh, before the conflict engulfs the entire globe.

Blackmoon Prophecy II features twelve main characters, five optional characters, and two guest characters. Expected playtime should be in the range of 40+ hours.

Check out Blackmoon Prophecy across the internet for lots of progress updates and screenshots not shown on RMN (in order to prevent spamming the front page/everyone's notices).

Where do you go after you get the wardens of balance?
lol sorry, I mixed it with Zephyr's father hideout. You have to go back to Odin's place and fight him.

Can anyone give me some tips on how to kill Eris please, I am getting slaughtered. My party are all around Level 35. Is she weak against ice?

there are 2 battles against Eris, the first one is obviously not a winnable battle and the second one inside Lindblum Castle, if I'm not mistaken she's weak to Holy I think.

I haven’t found any way around it. This is the second puzzle like this in the dungeon not the first, and what I did was activate the lights, then leave prior to stepping on any of them. Sounds like it’s the same exact issue that was present in the first puzzle prior to UPRC fixing it earlier. But if it somehow worked for you I’d be happy if you could send me a save around that area :) my other saves are more than 5 hours earlier.
unfortunately, my first save file was very far from before going back to the past and my second save file was right before the battle against Garland...

Dang...well if anyone has a save around Eternia I would love to have it!
You know, that's a good point. The Libra symbol that means one is weak to holy really does look like one is immune to ice instead. A lot of those symbols are confusing - maybe the alchemist guys could explain them too?
For Eris herself:
You have 3 good sources of holy magic, probably. Sapphire has the strongest spell from her quest in Zen, not to mention the holy scroll if mp becomes an issue. Izulde probably has his holy spell by now - and you more or less need his healing at this point anyway. And one of Zephyr's more recent summons (Chimera? I forget) is holy-elemental; more importantly, his Zuu summon will haste the whole party. 4th character should be whoever you've got built up to do the most damage; around this point I was able to give Jasmine a Genji Glove and 2 decent claws, and her 4 attacks per command were my best offense by far.
I believe you have airship access(?) - so you can pick up Zephyr's summons from the Augurer Colosseum if you're missing them. And buy some Elven Charms if you aren't already using them; speed is really key for everything. Every relic slot in my team not filled with running shoes, a genji glove or a gauntlet was an elven charm by this point.
I've heard there's a point of no return where you can't leave a dungeon. Does the game give you a heads up on this. If not is it the ragnarok? Just checking cause there's I'm sure optional dungeons one being from close to the beginning of the game I was barred from entering I want to beat and want to make sure I don't miss out. Also I seem to be lacking a lot of final weapons
There's a point of no return in the final dungeon.
Although things are urgent, it acts a lot more like a broken map bug than an intentional point of no return; it's several maps after the previous boss fight, the warning text about the final boss appears a few maps later, etc. UPRC has been asked about it, but he seems to be taking an extremely well-deserved break.
Just be careful saving on the Ragnarok. You're fine clearing the 5 elemental areas, and a bit after - which is good, cause a lot of those hold ultimate weapons, insanely good materia, and are excellent spots to grind with multi-target elemental attacks. Once you've cleared all 5, make a backup save - you can go a bit further, even kill one more boss if I remember right, but you'll soon be trapped.
Just as a heads up, when you get to Faluhd Checkpoint, don't walk to the middle of the soldiers then talk to them from the side. The game softlocks.
UPRC
Exciting, but ultimately pointless.

Version 1.05
▪ Added world map to documentation folder.
▪ Changed name of Spear Butt to Point Break and fixed a typo in its description.
▪ Fixed an issue that prevented player from backtracking in a few of the last maps of the game.
▪ Jewel Ring was not equippable due to an incorrect armor type setting. Corrected this.
▪ Lantern was not equippable due to an incorrect armor type setting. Corrected this.
▪ Ribbons did not resist berserk. Corrected this error.

I've read all replies since my last post, just making a small update while I have time. Both downloads have been updated. Next update I'll be jiggering around with the element and status ailment icons to prevent confusion when reading enemy weaknesses via Libra. I'd also like to try to figure out why the menu is so small when you're buying cards in card shops since it wasn't always like that.

If I seem to be missing something you've pointed out before and it still hasn't been fixed, yell at me again and I'll make sure I jot it down. Berserk + Genji Glove thing is something I'm unable to fix at the moment since it seems to be part of the battle system's script which is in Japanese, so that fix might have to wait.
Hmmm any 3rd world optional places other than the dungeon with dark matter. The large maze wasteland dungeon. I heard there's a place to get an optional ship mate. Any other optional dungeons/quests people found

Btw what happened to loxley and where is the 3rd atma shard and is there an actual boss in the dungeon where you get a guide/maze

Lastly where is ozma

I feel like someone awhile ago mentioned the repeatable usage of the power coating (making it infinite use), which I know still exists in 1.4. Did that get corrected, or was it intentional?

Also a text bug:
After jumping down to the core, Vera says "Orilon... one of the entities responsible for manipulating Ramuh. He is partly one of the reasons whyI'm even here." Missing the space between why and I'm.

I also noticed when first meeting Adonis in the past, Vera says "Silverson? That was the family name of... Vahn's... is this man the descendant of King Branch?" If we are in the past, this man would be the ascendant of King Branch, right? Unless I misunderstood something.
I've been not playing past few days because I want to do optional content before beating the game, and I've been stuck at the final save point unable to backtrack. When I saw the patch notes for 1.05 that said it fixed the bug causing a point of no return, I was so happy and downloaded it ready to go do some optional end-game stuff. Unfortunately, it's still bugged....

We can now exit from the 2nd to last map through the previously bugged door, but now the room just before that one has the same bug... unable to exit to a previous map. Here's a screenshot of the door that won't let us go back through to leave the final dungeon (1.05)

Guess I'm back to waiting until 1.06 hopefully let's us backtrack all the way to the world map this time! I want to beat Ozma and all that before finishing the last boss.

Much love for all the work you're doing :)

PS: Also just humbly asking again for the Aether Caves to be unblocked in the end-game so we can go back for the Atma weapon if we missed it like I did...
Still is a map that needs fixing. It's the map where when you enter there's two singular square patterns than as u go up you can see Gaia and there is a bridge on the left and right and a chest on bottom right of that screen hope that help fix the problem

Is there an actual boss in the dungeon where you get a guide/maze Lastly where is ozma

Same answer to both; Ozma's in there. Took me like 20 minutes with the Moogle Charm equpped to stumble on the staircase going down to him, though; those mudflats are freakin huge.

Oh, and Loxley (and Twill) are still where you left them in Berona City; I believe in Markim's old house close to the city entrance. Or at least they were when you first got the airship; not sure if later events make them leave. Don't worry; you aren't missing much if they're gone.

That's strange, it worked for me when I walked through the maps. I'll upload a quick fix.

EDIT: Offending map has been fixed. http://www.walagata.com/w/uprc/Map605.rvdata2

I'll edit the downloads today to include that fix.

That worked, thanks! Was able to backtrack all the way to the world map this time. Now time to work on some optional content :)
Possible New Bug
Once inside Mt. Zahg, Lysha states to let her know once ive done everything I need to do in here. But she never gives me the option to state I am ready to move forward. Possible new bug? Or im missing something entirely. Ive walked all throughout the cave and cant find that I've missed a sequence trigger or anything though. Possibly a new bug as of 1.05, as people mustve made it passed this point before.
If it's the part of the game that I think you're talking about LeucreRhedix, then you first need to find the crystal which was somewhere in the top left'ish area of that cave (I think). After the scene with the crystal then you should be able to continue through the mountain.
UPRC, are you able to fix the Eternia bug I mentioned earlier? The new version doesn't have this fix.

This is the room I'm talking about. Nothing works.
