In the Dungeon of Monarchs, you can craft spells, monsters, potions, and weapons.

SPELL CRAFTING
By challenging different elemental Guardians, the party will become "attuned" to certain elements. There are six elements in all: Wind, Fire, Water, Earth, Light and Dark. Each new element increases the possible number of spells to invent.


MONSTER CRAFTING
To create a unique monster, collect "Beast Essences" with the Portal command during battle. These essences are used at certain times and places to create a summon monster. Summon monsters dwell in a magical dimension known as the Portal.

Monster eggs that are found and hatched are not summon monsters. Unlike summon monsters, hatched monsters can be sold or added to the party.


POTION CRAFTING
Talk to a Potion Master to purchase Alchemy Guild papers. Grow alchemy ingredients from seeds found in the dungeon. There are two main categories: Elixirs, that permanently increase stats; and Explosives, that can be used in battle.


WEAPON CRAFTING
Talk to a Smithey to purchase Smithey Guild papers. Weapons are made from scratch; requiring correct types of ore, in sufficient quantities. There are eight types of ore: Copper, Iron, Steel, Brass, Silver, Bronze, Jade, and Gold. Main characters in the game can handle two different weapon types.
