Ok first of all, let me start out by saying that this game is not for everyone. If you're looking for a long, sweeping adventure that spans many hours, then look somewhere else. This game cannot offer that.

However, what this game can offer is a short (no really), funny, story that is relatively fun. Halo's Mixtape is a story. That's it. It's a cute story, and one that I would have love to have seen expanded on, but it is simply just that. It is only story. There is virtually no gameplay at all. There's no combat, no strategy, no puzzles. Basically all you do is walk around and talk to people. However, the dialogue in this game is absolutely killer. Seriously, it is very, very well written. It is immensely witty, and it had me laughing pretty much all the way through. I took the view that this game was a satire of more "traditional" RPGs out there, as it has you playing the role of a frost witch, who is typically seen as "The Bad Guy". It also has the antagonist being a loud, obnoxious brute who barges into others' houses and steals their stuff... hmm... sounds familiar... But this game is taking the mickey out of other RPGs, and if looked at as a satire, then this game does a fantastic job.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the music is quite good. There are only a few tracks, but they are placed in the right spots to suit the context quite well.

Unfortunately, the game is very, very short. It's maybe 15 minutes playtime at best. As I mentioned earlier, it has a great story that alludes to background information that seems interesting, but is never actually expanded on. I would love to see a follow up to this, whether it be a prequel, sequel, or any other -quel.

All in all, I really enjoyed playing this. It is short, and it doesn't have much (if any) actual gameplay, but the story is hilarious, and it is very charming.
