New Version, also on Steam Workshop now

As the title says, Pandora's Present is on Steam Workshop now, and in light of that, I decided to do some tweaking (not to be confused with twerking) and fixing.

One such tweak being the addition of a revive item that I had to originally cut, because it crashed the game.

Also, selected items are highlighted now, making it easier to see who's turn it is in battle.
There's more, but it's mostly just bug fixes, typos being removed, and a rearrangement of some loot.

It Is Finished!

I'm proud to announce that Pandora's Present is finally done, and just 3 weeks after my "Release This Week" blog, and only 2 after my "Nearly Done" blog!

Some bulletpoints:
- the playtime's around 30 minutes
- you do not need any kind of RTP, just download and play
- it's not encrypted, so you can check out some of the things I did, if you'd like
- there's probably some bugs
- MY GOD AM I GLAD THIS GAME IS FINISHED

So yeah, go grab it while it's hot, and tell me what you think of it? Please?

Progress Report

Nearly Done!

Bad news: No release this week (I was hoping the "RELEASE THIS WEEK" blog was gonna motivate me a bit more than it actually did :X).

Good news: I did get closer to finishing and releasing the game, so maybe hopefully probably the upcoming week!

What's left is basically some more dialogue, a few more fights and some polish.
It's not much, but man, finishing games is the hardest part of gam mak. T_T

Release This Week!

Hellooo~, everyone!
I took a small break from working on this, but the plan is to release it this week.
If I don't make it, I'll just repost this blog every week, until I actually release Pandora's Present.

There isn't much left to do, but procrastination is the true enemy!
I also added some new screenshots.

Till next week release sometime this week!

Miscellaneous

Testing a Borderless Art Style

Probably not the smartest thing to do for a contest, but I've wanted to try this style for quite a while now, and to be honest, I'm really liking it thus far. I might even stick with it for future projects. What do you guys think?

Not sure I'll be able to finish this game in time for the contest, but I gotta try nonetheless!
Also, here's the whole cast for Pandora's Present:

Left to right: Dora, Leo, Ralph and Mikki. Not 100% sure on those colours yet (or Ralph)!
