Looks great! I love the underwater parts. I hope there will be some new & custom tiles & characters included.

I'm confused on how a door opens/closes under water. It is extremely hard to open and close any sort of door, hatch, or even a window under water. However, It is a interesting looking city.

You can't open that door, this town is flooded and the lower part is abandoned.

Good job on this one as well. I would probably add some things floating in the water; right now, it's a bit too sterile for a flooded city. I mean, look at New Orleans post-Katrina :(

Dec has a point... There isn't anything in the waters showing that a flood happened here. But, other then that, very nice place! :)
