Lenine lives in a huge palace as the most trusted servant of Princess Micaiah, the only place of beauty remaining in a desolate, destroyed land. Until one day, a mysterious stranger arrives... to teach these content souls the true price of perfection.
Mica: Apoptosis is a story-based game with horror elements about a web of delusions, a life of blissful ignorance, and the monstrous depravity that human beings can fall to in the name of love and admiration. The gruesome, revolting truth hidden behind the guise of a pretty, charming little lifestyle. Thank you all for playing the Mica: Apoptosis Chapter 3 Package! So far, however, we haven’t received much feedback apart from “It’s good” and “It’s fun” and we’ll need to know a bit more than that so that we can cater the full version more to your preferences (as well as to answer any queries that you have pertaining the game) and make the full game more enjoyable to everyone!

Hello! I really liked the demo, I am hoping the full version is released soon :) I'll go ahead and answer your questions:
1. What do you think of the game so far?
It certainly is very intriguing. I love how mysterious characters pop up and then don't appear again, it gives me the feeling that there's something big behind it all and that they are all connected somehow. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of their backstories :)
2. Who are generally your favourite characters, and why?
I like Lenine because he is very loyal and has a mysterious vibe. I also like Fleur because she's very cute and has an awesome name, I hope to see more of her :D
3. What are some questions you want answered the most in the full game?
Who is and what happened to Euphony? Why do Micaiah and Mika both have powers of the Goddess? And who the heck is this 'de Lancastre'?
4. What do you predict are answers to these questions?
I believe Euphony is Mika's mother (in her past version, of course), because of the hair. Or some relation of the sort. And I'm sure she lived because the Goddess saved her so she could have Mika, maybe... I think Micaiah and Mika both have powers because one is the Messiah and the other is the Devil. It could even be two different dimensions and they are the same person :O De Lancastre is probably key to the whole story.
5. Which characters do you find the most curious or interesting? (Can overlap with #1)
Mika and Euphy definitely, their stories seemed to be the most interesting.
6. What do you generally think of the story so far?
I'ts very well written and I like how we get a little piece of each story at a time so we can piece it all up as we go :)
7. What particular scene(s) did you like in the demo?
Lenine's encounters with Euphy :D
8. Favorite chapter and protagonist?
So far I'd say Micaiah because I was very surprised by the turn of events. I really want to know what happened.

Personally, this game is JuSt a BeaUTY LiKe hAve My BabiES. This is a beautifully written game, and the general theme of this game is quite intriguing. Can’t wait for more!
2. Who are generally your favourite characters, and why?
I am weirdly obsessed with that green haired boy at the beginning… *sweats nervously* (LOVE HIS VIBE.)
My friend said that Lenine was, “HELLA.” (Not quite sure what that means…)
Like, super interested in Micaiah’s secret sadistic side. (Closet sadists stick together~)
Fleur, Rainer. and Gabriel are such precious bbys. (But then again, all the servants are. <(0u0)/)
3. What are some questions you want answered the most in the full game?
ANYU??? EUPHY???? DAI????? ADORBS GREEN BOY AT START?????? PASTS?????

Anyu is green-haired boy at start. (Not betting on that one.) Euphy might be a church ministers daughter, and when Lennie found out, he… he…. He……. UGH! Well, the first three (of number 2) are part of this, but I am quite interested in Dai….

This is a big standout to me from other indie RPG horror games. The plot is amazing, and I am quite intrigued on how this will turn out. You were the first RPG game I ever wanted to play! Micaiah, who seemed sweet and innocent, turned to be quite the character indeed. (But then again, it’s kinda like how the loli and shota’s end up to be bada**ses, ne?) Even though I say she is a sadist, does she really enjoy killing? I wonder…
7. What particular scene(s) did you like in the demo?
I liked the scene where it switched from the mother speaking to the man speaking. I was voice acting that part, so it felt weird that I accidentally acted out a woman instead of a man. -_- Also, The fruit bowl scene with Rainer and Lenine was PRECIOUS.
8. Favorite chapter and protagonist?
My favourite chapter was Lenine’s chapter. (Cuz’ of all the silly antics that ensued.) But my favourite protagonist is Micaiah. Y’know, gotta love that insanity that should not fit her, but surprisingly, does.

The second I saw Dai and Mica… #InstaOTP. (Also, Fleur and Rainer? BEST.) ((And, Micaiah and Lenine is pretty kyuute too.)

The game is fantastic. Did I say fantastic? I mean FANTASTIC! That's right... IN CAPS!
2. Who are generally your favourite characters, and why?
My favorite character is Lenine because he wears a tie like a true boss.
He also similarly resembles me because he is always formal and serious. He even owns a room big enough for a whole family! Who would not want to be him?!
3. What are some questions you want answered the most in the full game?
-Will there be fallen angels?
-Will there be fighting scenes?
-Will there be any romantic relationships?
-Will there be more stories I can read? Most of the bookshelves I examine only show titles... I sometimes like to spend my spare time understanding the world outside the mansion and prison.
-Will there be other methods of extermination for these "Things"? Is holy magic the only weapon against these demons? Let's be honest, one girl can only do so much against an army from Hell.
-Will there be multiple endings?
4. What do you predict are answers to these questions?
-Seeing how there's already a theme of betrayal, it's likely there will be fallen angels.
-There probably will be fights seeing how one of the goals is to purify the world of evil unless they magically disappear because the Devil got bored and lazy.
-Maybe. On one hand, we have one girl named Princess Micaiah risking losing all of her servants. On the other hand, we have another girl named Himeya who is far from human, thus isolating her from the rest of the common folk who either revel her as an idol or fear her as a potential threat. When these girls are alone, it's obvious Lenine will be stuck in a dilemma. Though I wouldn't mind if he became a badass pimp. However, both girls are powerful enough to blow a hole through concrete, so proving himself seems difficult already.
-Surely there would be more text to read and immerse myself in. Developer please! :D
-I am not too sure... I hope random miracles won't happen just because they pray ten times a day to their God.
-I hope so. I want to see the world's fate in my hands... then crush it for no reason. Just kidding. Or am I?
5. Which characters do you find the most curious or interesting? (Can overlap with #1)
-I find the alchemists pretty interesting... attempting to obtain knowledge beyond their own control. They are obviously trying to manipulate Himeya through experiments to copy her powers to fulfill their own agendas. We know Himeya is overpowered as hell, but imagine every alchemist replicating her techniques tenfold. There would be destruction everywhere. XD
6. What do you generally think of the story so far?
-I think the story is slightly predictable. The moment I saw the stranger walk right into the house... a death flag triggered in my mind. I mean they could at least set up a defense perimeter or sort of alarm system outside or something. Anyway, I like how the narrative is told from multiple perspectives. A cool addition would be contracts of unconditional loyalty that grants divine power to your most trusted friends to act as bodyguards or divine knights. Just throwing that out there.

-I like the scene with the hellfire appearing out of nowhere. It's like there's a force field in the middle of the room...everything else is burning but that one spot.

-My favorite chapter is Chapter 0 and Himeya is my 2nd favorite (refer to question #2). She is able to metalbend like Toph in Avatar: Legend of Korra!

Anyu is green-haired boy at start. (Not betting on that one.) Euphy might be a church ministers daughter, and when Lennie found out, he… he…. He……. UGH! Well, the first three (of number 2) are part of this, but I am quite interested in Dai….
6. What do you generally think of the story so far?
This is a big standout to me from other indie RPG horror games. The plot is amazing, and I am quite intrigued on how this will turn out. You were the first RPG game I ever wanted to play! Micaiah, who seemed sweet and innocent, turned to be quite the character indeed. (But then again, it’s kinda like how the loli and shota’s end up to be bada**ses, ne?) Even though I say she is a sadist, does she really enjoy killing? I wonder…
7. What particular scene(s) did you like in the demo?
I liked the scene where it switched from the mother speaking to the man speaking. I was voice acting that part, so it felt weird that I accidentally acted out a woman instead of a man. -_- Also, The fruit bowl scene with Rainer and Lenine was PRECIOUS.
8. Favorite chapter and protagonist?
My favourite chapter was Lenine’s chapter. (Cuz’ of all the silly antics that ensued.) But my favourite protagonist is Micaiah. Y’know, gotta love that insanity that should not fit her, but surprisingly, does.
9. … Pairings/Ships, do you have any?
The second I saw Dai and Mica… #InstaOTP. (Also, Fleur and Rainer? BEST.) ((And, Micaiah and Lenine is pretty kyuute too.)
10. Was it scary?
HELL YEAH. (I almost cried at the girl who popped out.) I almost got a heart attack. Heh.
11. What’s your favourite part to play through?
Talking to every single servant. (lol) Lenine’s chapter was adorable, and I got really happy with Gabriel’s diary.

Ignore my answers for question 4. It doesn't seem like Green-haired boy is Anyu,and Lennie showed some contempt for the church's ministers, but not so much as if he would burn down there house for it. (Or maybe the orphanage got burned... ufufufu~)
Hiya! I'm a new member here, but also not a stranger to the website or to most of the games. This one in particular was great and I can't wait for the whole game to be developed! Check out my whole "Let's Play" of the demo here
As for a more specific review, I loved the artwork, the thematic elements that could creep anyone out without too many jump scares, the story that entangles at the heart strings and the philosophical mindset and doesn't let go, and the different characters that help to tell the story. The only critiques I could give are that I'd like more info on this "Book of Salvation" thing that takes such a huge role, mainly its history and who this "Goddess" is and whatnot, and that there should be more clarity on the specific tasks that need to become accomplished in order for the story to progress. I didn't realize there were so many random books that needed to be read before I could do anything else lol. Overall, the demo is awesome and I will patiently be waiting for the game's official release. :)

This was amazing! The best RPG I've played since Alice Mare and LiEat! I do hope it is finished soon, I can't wait to see what happens next!

Hi, there's a walkthrough in the blog that you can check out. :) But just as a hint, talk to the fireballs that are flying around the room - if you put together all the hints that they give, you will find the answer.

Heya! :) There's a key you can find on one of the bookshelves in the forbidden room to go upstairs.
