A part of the second dungeon, was used to provide water to the residents in the old city. The canals are bit newer looking than I'd like.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

This is pretty much the absolute bare minimum necessary to have a functional sewer level. Can't you add some decorations and gates and so forth?

Also, those shadows by the walls make no sense. There isn't light shining down on the walls from above to create the shadows - there's a ceiling. If you want to have any lighting effects, you should either have wall lamps, or cover everything in shadow that's outside of a circle around the hero, as though he is holding a lantern that's the only main source.
Well, to be fair it is incomplete. I don't know if I'll have it lighted quite like some of the areas of A Link to the Past (Do I need a script for that?), but I'll make darker than the outdoor segments. Give it a bit of a contrast to the outdoor segments.
Looks a bit clean for a water system. Maybe having some moss or something. You don't have to listen to me, I barely know much about mapping.
Well, anything that adds some detail and works/doesn't hurts the eye is good.

Give the place some personality! (Just like all the other people said...).
