Not quite. Sorry, I should've specified I that I need it to be in MP3 format. Also, that one isn't quite powerful enough (it's a little too light and fluffy) when compared to the other songs in my game.
EDIT: Also, Craze, that's what I've been doing, but I haven't had any luck.

Good decision, it was a fitting song but...FF7. :V
Check out some Russian military marches...you can find many via Russia's various regional military bands' albums etc. I've always had a weird liking for them, so I'll go through my collection and see if I can suggest some songs. On that note, I was going to use the Preobrajensky March myself but it will be a while before I get to that area of my game, haha. It might be fitting for Rikalia Castle.

It really is hard to find a theme that might fit an imperial parade! I tried to find something that might mesh well with the other tracks you have in the game, and these are the results. Best I could find really.

I thought about posting that one, but I felt it might be a little too "light" for him.
I agree with BurningTyger, you should checkout adelhyde castle music from Wild Arms, their music is great.

Nico, I like Rufus's' March quite well- I think it fits the scene, and I honestly didn't think "FFVII" when hearing it.
If you don't want to open with it, use another celebratory tune, such as Wild Arms' "Ancient Civilization Exhibition"or its Alter Code F remix, then use the March as a fanfare to announce the arrival of Marcellus and the King to the crowd below.
