Mario's been kidnapped for all his crimes and now it's up to YOU to get him out of there by going around finding stars and whatnot. That's the plot really but who cares?

ABOUT THE AS OF YET UNNAMED SUPER LOW SECURITY PRISON
This prison has it all! State of the art prison technology and a whole shit ton of bricks! Once you bust out of your cell feel free to explore

The rooftop!
An outdoor rec area!
A big flaming pit with elevators!
A giant trash compactor!
Candyland or whatever!
Bunches more!

The game is non-linear for the most part but you'll still need those pesky stars to open certain levels. As of right now there are two hubs each with like fiveish or so stages and some other not-quite stages that you can still get stars in. Most levels have a lot of alternate paths and multiple stars in each of them.

also this game is really hard and not yet complete but there is kinda like an ending anyway if you manage to get that far

it is extremely cool that i apparently uploaded a game with no executable. so like are people expected to have the smbx engine or should i just include it??? what's the smbx etiquette around here!!
I don't think there is a way to pack a SMBX game into an executable. I'm pretty sure you just have to do it the old-fashioned way and require people to have the SMBX engine/game to run it with.
for those of us that are not familiar with smbx, what would the setup process be like to play this?
