Oh sweet – just like in Zelda 2! Yes!!!

I’m still so looking forward to this.
SMB3 Castle WTF? I guess there was no alternative huh?
Hmm, odd just notice this now. Making a Z2 castle probably be pretty easy.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

There was no usable castle graphic in Zelda 2, so we made our own for Hyrule Castle to replace the SMB3 castle graphic we'd been using as a placeholder. The sprite we made for Hyrule Castle is based on its appearance in Ocarina of Time's world map:

Ohhh, so that's where you got the design from! It almost looks too 3D for our purposes, but I didn't mention it 'cuz I thought it was okay anyway.

The reason it doesn't match is because it doesn't use a black outline to denote shading, like the town graphics do.

God dammit guys I'm trying to promote our game here! Go sit in the corner! You're in time-out.
This is linear path? No semi open world like the original?

Yeah, there's some non-linearity with the way you choose which order to do the different regions in, but the stages within each region are linear like a Mario game.
