Pronunciation Guide (Subject to Change):
This follows a similar key to the Official Name Pronunciation Guide used over at Smogon, but for easy reference:
PRONUNCIATION KEY:
All caps = emphasis
Separated by syllable
A lone vowel means pronounce its short-sound (ex, “i” means like in “it” instead of like “pie”)
Two like-vowels together means the long sound (ex, “ee” means like in “leaf” instead of “meh”)
The difference between G and J: if I put a G, it’s like “gray”; if I put a J, it’s like “jam”

I'm just pointing out something that may be interpreted as such.

You do what you think best.
Now that it's been pointed out, I can't not see dick in a jar. >.<;

I think it's always good to have an ambiguous sexual hiddengenitals pokemon lol

If castform is any indication.

Also that is extremely ambiguous. Like, I would have never noticed it if you hadn't said something, and I still think you're exaggerating it a bit.

It's the positioning of the lower limbs that does it. If you raise them up so they don't look like legs, it should correct the illusion.

LOL wow now I see it. I kind of agree with seiromem, though, in that it's something that you probably wouldn't notice at first glance unless its specifically pointed out.

I guess it's bias on my end, because it's hard for me to not see Irritormen's "legs" as another pair of arms that's on the ground.

Must it have its arms on the ground? Would moving them up be a big deal?

One of the things I regret with the event is not imposing a submission limit per person. -_-
Maybe, but it was the first event of its kind and the rules were hard to define. Even now, we still have a very diverse group of contributors

Now hold on, it's different with a project like this. In RMN world there was never a minimum number of levels, so if their was a lower turn out with only 4 people making 8 levels each, the game would be still be able to be completed albeit it would eb a little short (40 levels is still a good amount, though).

With this, you had a set number of entries you wanted: 151. If you had a low turn-out with a level-limit, you'd never reach that goal. You might get 69 entries and need 70 more, but no more people are submitting entries/enough entries. So a soft submissions limit would be better. For the first few weeks you can only have, say, 9 Pokemon submitted. If, when the event reaches it's close and you don't have enough, you raise the limit to 12, then to 15, etc. until you reach the goal (and if you get too many, do that thing where you pick what you need for the game)

I understand your desire for creator variety in something like this, but just a hard submissions cap wouldn't cut it.
I thought we did kinda, retroactively? Like, you were authorized to start denying entries if those entries' authors already had other approved entries.
Kentona! Your avatar! Can I ban you? It hurts! jsut kid no kil my pls

I agree.

Legs are a burden. Return to snek.

It would be easier to have a cap and then remove it if participation was low rather than not have one and have to exclude submissions or remove ones that were previously accepted.

That's pretty much my stance on the matter. These submissions pretty much went through a second approval process when the original plan was to have everything be ready to go the moment it was initially approved, resulting in both a delay and having to break promises. An initial cap would create less steps in the whole process.
