Below is the location of all items necessary for game completion (not including hidden or optional items). Most players will have little need for this list, but if you do get stuck, then this page is for you.

Items are listed in the order attained.

*SPOILER ALERT!*
*Dogfood: In the east wing of the castle. Take the center door in the hallway with three doors and some pits.

*Castle Key: Inside the house south of the barn.

*Rope and Basement Key: In the northeastern most room of the Eastern Wing.

*Moon Key: In the well northwest of the barn.

*Dog Collar: Through the eastern cave blocked by a cat.

*Star Key: In the basement of the castle after getting kicked westward across a pit by a horse.

*Sun Key: In the western tower with the dog and cat.

Your alternate solution to the 'gamebreaker' worked great! Thanks so much!

Still no joy on the cow and orbs. I double-checked, and it happens without any directional keys.
Re-download, if you don't mind. I did a silent update a moment ago that fixed that cow. Just export your savefile and it should work great :-)
Rock on! Thanks so much, I can get Completionist now!
Awesome! If you're enjoying it, feel free to consider reviewing it too :-)

guess what?

hell yeah.

Review will be up soon, though I did find one glitch, in the secret cave where you get the 9 clues to the code I found I couldn't get out. I could get back to the place with the wood (what was that for BTW, just the line in the ending?) but the teleport ball resets itself to it's original place when you leave a map so it was back on the left side under the clearing, I couldn't use it to move back to the passageway under the trees.
Ah, I never would have thought of that glitch! Thanks for pointing it out. But you figured out the code anyway, I'm sure?

The pile of wood is a ruse. Makes you think you've found the secret when really there is much more hidden in those trees. :-) It also unlocks some very minor dialogue if you talk to the other piles of wood west of the barn.

Congratulations on getting the Completionist Ending! Hell yeah, indeed. It takes a dedicated player! Looking forward to your review. :-) Any chance you'll be going for the Challenge Ending sometime in the future??

Actually I didn't, I popped around for a bit but then I had to go and do some RL stuff so I had to leave and head back to the barn to save, found I couldn't get out and F12'd, it didn;t make much sense to me to try it again since I'd just be stuck again. Does finding the code give you a different ending?
It unlocks a super secret area with some fun stuff. :-)

Ah, ok well I have a save just before I went there, if you fix the teleport bug I'll give it another go.

Oh, in your own time, that wasn't meant to be a demand, just a request.
No worries :-) Getting it done right away is how you get things done with indie games.

You can download it again. I fixed the orb. Throw away your old scratch sheet though. The code is randomized and set the very first time you enter the cave with the clues; your old clues will be worthless. :-)
Er, where are the savefiles? Didn't notice an Export option, and they don't appear to be in the /Program Files (x86)/ASCII/ directory structure unless I'm missing them.

Satori they should be in the game folder, the same place as the RPG_RT executable.
@Satori: nhubi is absolutely right. In the Game Folder. Just cut and paste it out of the folder.

@nhubi: Thanks again for playing and reviewing the game. I really appreciate that you took the time to explore this silly little project. Responses from everyone have encouraged me as a game-maker, and I'm eager to create more!
<nods> It's official. I'm going blind.

...It's not SAVE.LSD or something like that, is it?

Flap, I sincerely hope you do. I'd be very eager to play other games you'd make, and I think many other people would as well. I have an extremely positive review in the works, link here when it's ready.

@Satori Yes, it is Save.lsd. It'll be numbered Save01.lsd, Save02.lsd and so forth.

@flapbat, you might want to wait until you read the review. It's generally positive, but I did point out a few things I think could do with improvement. Then again I always do, I've not found a perfect game yet.
@nhubi: Oh, I don't expect I will ever make or find a perfect game either. Actually, I wanted to make a point of thanking you in advance regardless of how you ranked the game. The fact that you took the time to play and give feedback is appreciated.
As indicated by my folder screenshot, no files like that appear to be present there. Odd, no?
That is very strange... Can you still load your game?
