That building to the top left seems to be missing a bit of the roof. Oh and I really do not like the idea of having shadows on water...

I missed that roof...
The shadow on the water's part of the tile itself, actually. Might need to edit it out manually.

Shadows on water do occur, tho. It's a surface which light bounces off off just like solid objects.
