I was kind of expecting for a beating, I am a beginner after all (I should stop using that as an excuse)
well I fixed the problems but i'll answer some of your questions
1. You couldn't press enter in the beginning because it was the intro
2. The jump ability came from Victor Engine, its only use is to jump over gaps
3. Laziness at its best! I really need to make every NPC talk
4. Need to make it so Rick is NOT in your party because equiping stuff to him is useless
5. The Slater battle is a bit challenging to I changed it to Continue even if you lose
6. The file size had numerous of useless items, I removed them
7. The game crashed because the actors themself required a death motion, so I added it on them
