Thank you! There was much creative process in creating this backdrop. There is a light effect planned for this backdrop, but as part of the storyline.

I think it is because the bottom half uses antialiasing, but the top half does not, since the character can navigate through it.

I remember this. Did you have an earlier version of the map with a photo of the torso in it (in very different style from your current one)?

I don't think I have. There is a version I think I uploaded that is this map in design process (when it is just a sketch).
