Thanks! I think you gave me some criticism about the old menu so I am glad you like it. :-D

Edit: Also, the time is 1408. Incidentally, a number associated with a dimension distorting hotel room.

It's a pretty old graphic that needs to be replaced, but it represents an ability to "shift" into a state of heightened awareness allowing the characters to see hidden energy and such (mainly to find secrets and hints for puzzles)
I really need a new graphic...

But seriously, I kind of like it. There are a few things that jump out at me though; one of them would be the natural scenery background? It looks pretty, sure, but with you semi-futuristic windowskins I don't know why you thought "hey you know what would make a good background the alps" XD

'nother thing would be the "Beyond Eden..." in the top right corner :> To me, it looks a little bit out-of-place, but you probably have a good reason for that anyways :>

Other than that I do like it :>

The window skin and the background are customizeable, so I suppose it's an odd combination, but I do like the various choices individually.
As for Beyond Eden in the corner, that is just so that you won't forget what you're playing! :-p

I like this screen. If it's possible, maybe you can push the colons in the game timer up by a pixel. That way, it'll even everything in the timer out.
