"Once upon a time, there was a sad and lonely child, who loved to draw. He didn't have parents, nor friends or relatives, and nobody wanted him. Because of this, he hated everyone and everything, but he loved to draw. Every day, he made thousands of drawing, that he hung in his room in a big empty house in the wood. One day though, the child got sick, but nobody wanted to help him.
He died, sad and lonely. But before that, he made a last, horrible drawing."

This is my first RPG game! Wow, I'm excited...
Anyway, first things first: english isn't my native language, so forgive me in advance for any error you find. The demo is very short, just to let people have a peek on this project of mine! Also, I will update a little video preview that show the intro of the game.
Most of the (sh*tty) drawings are by me, faceset and sprite made with a generator online, in the credits. For all the other things, check always the credits. RTP for VX Ace required!

Rape? Torture? Slavery? Nononono, this is about tormented pasts and psychological problems! There will be gore, but it will probably just be a lot of red ketchup, my art skillz aren't good enough *rolls away in tears*

I have to say, this looks like a GREAT concept. Sucked me in just with the description. Subscribed.
random thoughts
the title is unexpectedly good for 1 first game!
ok cool intro but...weird we start off with a character and have 0 idea why she is....going on a journey i guess?
she entered the house w/o knocking!? how rude! did she think it was abandoned or something!?
i swear i WILL laugh mock and defame anyone who asks how to solve a puzzle!
wow that was fast can beat the game within 20 seconds if you know what to do XD!
well,i cant give a lot of thoughts on this because there is little to talk about honestly.
grammar
i will put grammar aside as i and any other adult should be able to under stand not only how difficult it is to learn/communicate in another language but to make a game in that language?
a lot of respect for SirBunnyCat.
so then the character
female is a huge plus. tho we don't get much personality as of now (its a demo : D)
she has some degree of common sense noting that doing something like going into a home in the middle of nowhere is probably not the best idea...
that aside she seems to take things fairly well
for the story. in game we get a hint of something that happened to someone (in case you did not read the top of the page)
and outside of that your character is alone traveling/wandering
for at this time. no explained reason
thus enters a house and as you'd guess the door locks it self (if im ever in a remotely similar situation and i need to go it im putting something inside the door so its impossible to close! :3
the mapping/atmosphere
for the little that's there id say pretty good.
my only concern mapping wise is the main hall.
i felt a mix of maybe a bit smaller/no random holes in the middle of the floor :3
and i felt a bit uncomfortable so it did its job considering the amount of content
Overall
At this time,i would be crazy to recommend this game to anyone
as its in early alpha phase to the point where the amount of rooms you can explore is 3 o.o
id highly suggest w8ting for a complete version.
which i personally will be looking forward to
as from what i have seen the creator does have potential to make something good+

Well this is currently very short but you did tell everyone that so that's hardly a complaint. I think you've got the creepy/uncomfortable atmosphere pretty well, there is something unsettling almost from the beginning which is a good start, you just need to be able to sustain it as you add more content. However do have to say that the look of the house is wrong. It's too pristine, the garden isn't overgrown, there are no structural faults, no cracks in the walls etc. For a house that is out in the woods with no caretaker it's too clean, and does actually detract from the creepy vibe. You may want to give it a bit of wear and tear.
I look forward to seeing what come next.

Also, yeah, the character starting with totally 0 backstory is on purpose, it will be revealed as you progress with the story.

The problem is, I don't know if I'm able to make even the outside as it is inside, as my pixel graphic skills are... nonexistent. Though maybe I'm just lazy, I took out this project from the close after something like, 7 MONTHS. Don't worry, I'll try something. XP

idea to make mapping work is to have it be a illusion.
as this dead child was abused and is dead and can lock doors and stuff somehow
and that this is fiction
the condition of the yard and inside the house can be exaggerated
heck it was not really raining! : D
she was led there because she is related to him or is a descendent of someone who hurt him
house
as for the house shape, would there really be holes in the floor and cracks in the wall. when noone lived or even been there in the past 20+ years?
highly doubtful.
^can be part of the illusion(which im sure has been don e b4 cant think of a example tho)
the dust sure,as i currently work cleaning rooms. i know that even empty rooms can get a little dusty,no where near when residents actually live in there.
but in this case it could be workers going in from various reasons
basically if its sealed of its gonna be clean and if theres openings the wind can carry some dust in : D
story preference
personally a more believable story would be my cup of tea
i don't mind and even like the fictional aspects.
its just in the end being able to explain everything(even if its with in the storys "rules") is good writing imo :3

Ok, now I'll give an idea of what I thought
POSSIBLE MAJOR SPOILERS
So, this kid was really hated by other people (you'll find out why later), and when he died, for the same reason they hated the kid, the people of the village always avoided the house. So, the house, in my idea, MUST be all broken and old.
Also, it's clear that the kid is an antagonist, and that he have some kind of misterious power, but it's not actually the kid that locked the door, it's the HOUSE ITSELF that did that... If you wanna have a hint, go get some knowledge about the game Silent Hill 2, in case you don't know it.

So, I'm sorry, but making the story more believable would be kinda weird... I'm following The Witch's House here.
But, anyway, thanks for your opinion! I MAY be able to use some of your ideas at some point in the game, but I can't promise anything, sorry.

they completely ditched the concept of limited chakra
and kakashi... well ya hes completely broken after the war.
logic does not only apply to real life but the logic of the story
if at the end of the game something was not explained or contradicts something else.

Very good, my friend! Also, HELL no! That little b***h Hellen isn't going to ruin my game! I HATED that ending. If its creator doesn't put an ending where you can utterly kick Hellen's ass and get your body back, then I won't be satisfied.

in the room with the murder puzzle if you interact with the pillar from the south it will freeze the game.
because your character walks upwards after and cannot do so.
The riddles/puzzles are simple (should be anyway)

with no access to the library to the right or the second floor.
