World 1 demo released!

The world 1 demo is out! It has all planned tech features and is playable up to the world 1 boss dungeon. It's playable on Windows, OSX, and Linux, although it does require Java installed. A readme with controls and other info is provided.

Please let us know if you run into any issues running the game or if you find any bugs. There is an automated system in place to report crashes, but I'd still appreciate any reports. The engine is mostly new and may still need some kinks worked out. Balancing issues and problems would also be good to hear about as we move on to content for the rest of the game. Progress Report

Demo shortly! And also a trailer.

Just a quick update, a demo release will be coming soon once bob_esc and a few others make sure there aren't any show-stopping bugs. It will encompass the first world (minus the boss dungeon) and hopefully be long enough to show off the game's core features. Estimated play time 40 minutes. All the tech's done, we're just being a little slow at mapping and the plot is still a little spacey.
