Love the basic RPG mechanics but tired of saving the World? How about Conquering it? Well I'm happy to tell you that's pretty much what Flip Dimensions is about. However, In order to get your hands on the world you live in, you must travel across the multi verse fighting other Dark Lords and prove you are the strongest of the all!

Kazuki is a dark lord who wants to conquer the kingdom of Theiweth, but all his dreams are crushed when a farm boy from a forest village with no combat experience whatsoever destroys all of Kazuki’s evil dreams (Don’t you hate it when that happens?). With help from his right hand butler, Minori, Kazuki was able to escape his castle to live another day. Upon hearing about a legendary item that can grant wishes, Kazuki sets out to look for it still with the evil eyes bent on conquering the world... Only to later find out that the path to his wish may not be worth the effort and that the world he lives in may not be what it seems...

Features
-20+ hours of gameplay.
-Eight worlds, each with their own unique theme.
-Resource-manage physical attacks with a unique TP system.
-Extra endings available through New Game Plus.

Minor Update and Request

I have recently updated the download link with a new version of the game, nothing special, it's just that I saw my brother play through the game and noticed a handful of bugs and typos that needed to be fixed.

That was about two months ago. I don't remember what most of those specific changes are, unfortunately.

I also streamlined the download page. No more patches or a non-RTP version of the game. I feel like a 600 MB file is a much less tedious download in 2024 that it was in 2016.

But the reason I'm making this post was because I considering making a Definitive Edition version of the game, a port to MZ that could feel more complete as a product that properly concludes some plot threads that I was intentionally (and naively) saving for a sequel.

This version of the game would be it's own page. If it were to exist, I don't want it to replace this version of the game. So I figured I might as well make more drastic changes such as revamping elements of the combat and dungeons. I've been working with some friends on a design documents of sorts that details a lot of the changes I have in mind, but I would also request that anyone currently reading this who has played the game and has their experience fresh enough in mind to make any suggestions of what they would personally like to see, or things they don't want to change. The goal isn't to adhere to all this requests, but to consider them so I don't end up releasing a version of the game that feels alien to the original.

Thank you for your time,
Seacliff

I'm sorry,

I understand now. I used auto-dash mode and you must run manually to make it work.

Anyway, thank you for your reply, :=)
Okay, thanks for that input. I actually didn't consider it.
You should still be able to use it with auto-run, but you'll have to walk towards the arrows instead.

I'll see if there's a way to fix it. The way it's set up is that you have to be pressing the shift key. Maybe I'll just clarify that in the description.
Hello,

I have another problem...

I have a bug that occured in the battle against fairies in the palace of earth in chapter 6.

When the fairy use the skill counter, the game crash after my attack :

"Script CP's battle engine v1.2b line 1576 : NoMethodErrorOccured -
Undefined Method 'for_opponent?' for nil:NilClass"

I red in the forum that someone already asked you for this but I already took the last patch.

Thanks for your help.
Sorry about the wait, I got sidetracked. I also took this opportunity to fix other minor stuff.

Patches are now updated, will take a few minutes for the project files to update as well. In this new version:
-Vampire Scythe doesn't harm you when you heal.
-Text when getting the auto-jump specifically mentions holding 'shift'.
-Fairy moveset changed, doesn't use the bugged skill. Now it used Magic Reflect.

Also, not counting the Patch downloads, the game is super-close to 300 downloads. That's pretty neat.
link seems dead i can't download it...
For some reason, all the files were kicked out of Mediafire.

It's going to take an hour or so, but I'll re-upload everything.
Uploading went much faster than I thought.
Should work now, try downloading again.
ohh thank you, i make account here just to make sure i can play this game xD seems interesting
Hello! Thank you for the beautiful game!

I have a problem in Chapter 8:
I cant get further in Takeura, in Tower Infinity. Above the floor with the cherryblossom-trees, while i step on the firey-metalplate i keep teleporting back to the cherryblossom-tree floor. I tried walking slowly and dashing, but the result remains the same....

Please help :(

EDIT: Oh... I just tried to be more carefully over and over again and it worked... this could have been done better, its really not that nessecary to waste time at that point, no offense & in my opinion...
I really don't like retroactively fixing design choices, but I'll consider making major changes to Tower Infinity if it's really disruptive to the pacing for so many people.

If I were to guess, did you also use Auto-dashing? I think I made a mistake underestimating how many people use that function, as the only way I can tell anyone is 'running' is if they are holding shift, which has the exact opposite function when auto-dashing is on.
Hello,

I'm in the new game+ mode and I can't find the dark cristal in the 6th chapter.

Where is it ?

Thanks for your reply.
Just in case you haven't noticed yet, seacliff217: The RTP included download version isn't valid anymore.
Sorry about that. For some reason the link was incorrect.
It should work now.
I'm currently playing and enjoying the game (reached the beginning of chapter 6). A few (potential) minor bugs and questions so far (I did apply the patch, by the way):

- Theiweth, Deep Forest: There's one plant that looks left, then up, but it should probably only look left.

- Theiweth, Twist Range: Even considering that I was properly leveled (level 11), the Imp's Gale skill inflicted surprisingly low damage (single digits).

- Mylitta, Factory Two: Final Security 802 is surprisingly weak (goes down in one hit - maybe its HP value misses a 0?).

- Takeura: Tower Yon is the only location without a label on the world map.

- Takeura City:
When Ilva talks about the location of the secret entrance to the castle, she also mentions a pub, even though there isn't a pub in Takeura City.

- Takeura, Tower Yon:
Shouldn't the party destroy the last red stone just to make sure?

- Mylitta, Night City: The door in the inn can't be opened (later), am I right?

- Is it possible to revisit Ayldan (chapter 5 world) during chapter 6 or later? I have found 14 Rin Coins so far. According to your explanation in an earlier post, I must have missed one Rin Coin (probably during chapter 5). If I can't go back, then now would be the best time to load an earlier save, but so far - at least until defeating the chapter 5 boss - all of the Rin Coin locations could be accessed at any time. Edit: I just found the Rin Coin that I had missed in Ayl Mines. Since I'm "snowblind", I knew this was bound to happen. :D

Also, it might please you to hear that I'm documenting the most glaring spelling and grammar mistakes (per screenshots), so prepare yourself for at least one more version of your game. :)
I'm going to look through each response individually, as some of the earlier segments aren't fresh in my mind, but I'll answer what I know for certain for now.

There are no areas involving rin coins that are permanently skipped. During Chapter 8, which is where you will be able to trade in the Rin coins, you'll be able to freely explore the prior worlds.

Also, I do look forward to a spellcheck. I have fixed a few myself but it wasn't enough to justify reuploading the game again, if I were to fix a few dozen of them with a bit of help, that would be another story.
Thanks, that's good to know. I promise it will be worth your while. Expect the "shipment" sometime during the next week.
Hello.
The directions keys (up,down, left, right) stops working sometimes in the vulcano.Down the first stair that`s a lot of "shift"arrows there.
What can cause that?Is it intended?Hard to think that.
Congrats to complete a game, and a fun one.
EDIT:When i unlock numlock it was just fine.Strange.
That's odd, I completed that dungeon yesterday and didn't encounter any problem of that sort. Admittedly, it takes a bit of practice/timing to utilize the arrow key tiles on the first try, but it works or should work independent of whether the player uses auto-dash or not.
