A taciturn man who was the one who brought the group together. He and Cloud have known each other for a long time. Due to his training, he is very well-rounded, but his strength lies in attacking quickly and using group attacks like Blitz. Unlike Cloud, who is yet to come into his powers, Squall is a fully-fledged Eidolon, and it was only because of a previous incident involving Eidolon-controlling technology that he was able to escape capture.

A reserved man who is a veteran of many battles, his experience making up for his lack of formal training. With his genetically enhanced stamina and strength, paired with his enormous sword, Cloud hits the hardest of the three, but it results in serious drawbacks to his speed. Unlike some Eidolons, Cloud is aware that he is to become one some time in his future-- but when and how remain a mystery.

Hope Estheim

Unlike his two companions, Hope is new to the concept of travelling between worlds, and thus most concepts are new to him. He also hasn't been fighting for a long time, but it appears his potent magical ability hasn't left him. Following the events in the Feymarch, Hope seems to be silently worried about something. Perhaps it has something to do with being able to use magic again...?
