As I understand it, most countries don't have a full library system. The only reason the U. S. has one is because Andrew Carnegie established a national library, and the only reason other countries have one is because they were following U. S.'s example.

We might have one somewhere, but there's none that I know of.
Edit: actually, some schools have libraries, but they aren't libraries in the US kinda way, just a room with books. I'm not sure if you're even allowed to take the books out.
