You were a pretty normal village boy until today when you were summoned by the king to complete a grand quest to save the country of Adventuria. Namely you have to recover some artifacts, rescue some princesses, restore the four elemental crystals and fight off the evil empire of Evilia. Are they trying to summon an ancient evil that was sealed away a thousand years ago, probably. You also have to do this before your rival beats you to the punch.

Eric (default name)
The hero of the game and the main character you control.

Ralph
The neighbor and childhood friend of the hero. That is until he was summoned to be a chosen hero of the kingdom and now is there hero's rival.

I have been working at the game for a couple of weeks as well as having some time where I worked far too much to have time with the game (not that you care). Anyways the new download of the game has some new content. This includes about three new dungeons and the ability to recruit some new characters.

This current version of the game still have some issues with it. The game leans toward being too easy at the moment and I could probably make some more monsters for the dungeons.

Basic meta RPG. I didnt manage to get up the mountain to find whats there. Curious if the second town can be saved. Demo ends at the teleporter.

You're right, its pretty easy. No idea whats with the note in the basement of the castle. Not much to say since game doesnt have much in it, aside from the trope bashing.
