Awesome! How'd you screen cap these pictures in widescreen?
I screen capped them in fullscreen and then just removed the black bars. :)
The writing is very big and choppy... enough so that I'm having a really hard time reading (I can barely read past the very first cut-scene!)

Is there something I'm not doing right?

Thanks for reading :-)

Hey sorry to hear that, sounds like the font didn't install correctly, the fix is simple enough, if you have rag maker installed, you can locate the RTP folder and right click to install the fonts again, or try reinstalling Fey. If those both don't work, let me know and I will get the font for you to patch it. Sorry again for the inconvenience. :)
It's not an inconvenience at all. If anything, I'm the one being a pest.

I'm new at these RPG Maker games and I'm just trying to get into all this, so yes, I'm a big time noob (I hang my head as I have to type that!).

What is rag maker? I did download the RTP though! I've had a few other games download with the fonts big and choppy and weird, so maybe if I can get this one figured out I'll be able to fix the others!!

I think he meant rpg maker.

Either way, you'll probably need to install two more fonts to display properly besides the ones in the RTP: MS Mincho and MS Gothic. You can download all the 4 fonts (including 2 that are already in the RTP) here: http://rpgmaker.net/engines/rt2k3/utilities/1/

If it still does not work, download and install the patch from here: http://www.indiedb.com/games/the-sewers/downloads/rpg-maker-2000-font-patch. Although this patch is for RPG Maker 2000, it should work with RPG Maker 2003 as well since the engine of RPG Maker 2003 is connected to RPG Maker 2000.

Nah, not being a pest at all, I appreciate you taking to time to ask questions.
