There's actually more colours in the ingame versions than there is in the original art xD (because of resizing)
I'm amazed that one of the CGs didn't implode on itself when I turned it to 256colour, but it managed. o3o

nooooooooooooo there are not. the apparent increase in colors is just an impression as if you zoom in the original art you'll see even more colors on the anti-aliasing between colors and lines.
sorry i have to correct everybody and be a prick sorry orry *throws roses* also playing this.
i feel i missed something i shouldn't have missed so i'll quit missing it and play it as i don't like being a misser.

If I remember correctly, the original (which is not featured in this screenshot) was drawn without aliasing, but unfortunately at double size due to our misunderstanding of the program. The process of attempting to resize it in a reasonable looking manor is what added the extra colors.

So, yeah, less colours since it's pure pixel edges compared to what happened when I shrunk them : )
