I see this town is called Alexandria. Is anyone asking it?
Sorry, that sounds like nonsense out of context, it's a reference lol

I dare not usher the words... But I have three questions
author=Raven_Burns
May I ask why you named it, Alexandria?..
Thanks for asking!
That's the name I chose for the city when I first started this project, a long time ago. I thought it would be good keep names and concepts true to my original vision, even if it was a little contrived. Plus, it's a nice homage to FF9. XD
I may change it for the final release, though.
author=UlevoChapter 1 is officially finished. Shoot me a message if you're interested in playing the demo! It's about 3-4 hours at the moment. :)
When will this game be released?
author=Spermidine
Maybe after another Kickstarter campaign. ;)
Have you finished a game yourself? Do you have a concept of how much time, money, and energy is required to create something with completely custom assets, balancing a day job at the same time?
If not, don't make such condescending remarks here.
My post contained a smiley for a reason, so you must be really frustrated if you think my post was condescending.
With all due respect, your game is 14 years in the making and has seen two Kickstarter campaigns. If you can't handle the occasional teasing remark at this point, you are probably the one who's the most dissatisfied about your game not being completed yet. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to vent your anger on potential customers.
Of course, passive-aggressive hate baiting is pretty shitty, but I'm neither at liberty nor willing to make such remarks.

Just ignore ol' Euphoniac here. He doesn't know how to stay banned.
The screen is looking great. Really loving the colours.

The version of the game you're referencing doesn't exist anymore. It was started from scratch. It's the same in name only.
The year you cited is also meaningless because I took a lengthy hiatus from developing in the middle of all that.
I'm also sure you know the original KS was a mere 2k which probably could afford me... a couple music tracks and a tile-set.
So don't be coy, the intent was to make me seem like an exploitative developer or a fraud. Pretty sure a customer like you wouldn't be interested in that, right?
damn rpg maker net user "sperm i dine", you really showed it to em

As someone who's had this individual as a customer, you're better off without; that is, unless you enjoy having your profession threatened by this one man boycott because mere hours went by without a response from the dev about the level cap.

Stuff.
If you do another KS, I'd back it. Or maybe a Patreon would work better for this project. I've always felt that KS is usually more useful as an advertising stunt (? as in, get your fans together and etc) than for actually funding your projects.
Anyway, whatever your decision is, godspeed Blind! o/
