One of Beloved Rapture's antagonists - carefully reimagined by Lily!
From Draco's character bio:
Many of Draco's agendas remain an enigma, even to those closest to him. Seemingly risen to power by sheer force of will, it surprises many to learn that Draco was not born a naturally competent fighter - but rather gained proficiency through rigorous determination, and his unrivaled mastery of the mystic arts.
In his adolescent years, Draco served in Alexandria's prestiged task force; the Order of the Red Lion, under the rule of Orexis - the uncle who raised him. His allegiance was not necessarily by choice, as he generally despised Alexandria's increasingly militaristic approach to political conflicts.
Fearing his nephew would disgrace him, Orexis promoted Alexander to the rank of captain, at which point Draco parted ways and severed ties with his former allies. After settling into a more humbled lifestyle with his wife, the eventual death of Orexis prompted his "spiritual awakening," - and spiral into questionable moral territory. Draco currently reigns as high officer in the cult-like religious order known as the Aeons.
