Final Fantasy IV Alter Destiny

Hi everyone!

I wanted to start this little progress report by saying a big thank you to everyone for your support! FF IV has always been near and dear to my heart. It's one of the greatest RPGs ever made, and I hope that FF IV AD can come close to the quality of what made FF IV so great.

At any rate! I wanted to give you all an update on where I'm at, and what's going to happen in the decidedly very near future. Production is going much faster than expected. I'm seriously motivated to finish this game and get it out for testing within the next 3 months or so, though obviously we'll see how it goes. Right now I'm at Mount Ordeals, which is where you'll see very integral differences from the original story segments. I'm not going to post them here, because I don't want to give away spoilers of course, but expect to be quite surprised by what happens.

Considering I'm already at Ordeals in terms of the story and eventing (and all the mapping is done for the whole game), I'm thinking I may have this game done in a few months if I can keep up this rate of production. I'll keep you all updated as time goes on of course and expect to see plenty more screenshots. =)

Lastly, I just wanted to point out that the game is buzzing! Woot! And if you look, you'll see three Final Fantasy titles buzzing simultaneously. That's pretty cool I think! And I gotta admit, seeing my game next to Legend of Balance? One of the best RPGs to come out this year? Yeah, that just looks hella cool to me.
