Go to the leftmost tower. There is a switch blocked by tall spikes.

Go up to the third floor

Fall down here to get behind the tall spikes

Hit the switch

Levers ::..

Hit Levers 4, 3, 5 to access the secret room.

Hit Levers 4, 3, 5, 2, 5 to access the stairs up.

Ladders ::..

Pretty straightforward - grab the ladders and make your way to the teleportal. Be careful not to fall.

Stand on button to lower spikes

Cross fourth gap in the catwalk

Turn ON lever (up the stairs)

Cross gap in the catwalk
