"Ponderings of Time" is .. really what it says on the tin.
You get a little bit of rambling based on several novels with a basic concept of what we a timeline as, and a possible concept of alternate universes, often parallel to ours. There is no interaction bare the continuing text, so I will focus on the content more.

It was intended as a guided stream of thought, with small bits following small bits.
Most pieces of text were small enough to keep the flow of an interactive stream of thought going, however, a few times long paragraphs popped up disrupting this a little bit. The only sound was a rather unnerving clock and no music, which made for a rather restless environment to read in, which does not really suit the calm tone of the writing well.
Timelines possibly branching out to come back to main points (which would not necessarily demand them to be one and the same, imho, but so be it).

The main question to ponder on is - "what is time" - which may not be an accurate question, as it was treated open-endedly on timelines, and how to treat them.
It does not deal indepth with what time as a dimension is, what a dimension would be without it, or what it affects, rather than different attempts to define changeable, and non-changeable events of a timeline (which was not argued against - as it only deal with minor differences in time and place, rather than what choices many many years before that may have changed in the dynamic).

The main problem I see with this rambling is that it lacks a clear direction - what are we trying to ascertain, define? If you started out with the example you used throughout the rambling, it would make for a better guiding thread.
Take an action, then define what effect that may have on the time line or not, or what kind of different approaches could be used for that.
Also, for the novels references, how were they handled there?

Or, you may continue to evalue what you had been talking about previously - if time is affected in such and such way, what does that mean for the individual action, and individual choice?
Would it matter, would it only slightly matter or not at all, what effects could it have on events aside the one you are trying to analyze?

Nothing of this is particularily scientifical, so a lot more freedom in trying to make sense of what it would do, and a wider scope would have made it much more interesting. It may have made it more personal, though, contrary to the intention. As the game was kept fairly impersonal, the recurring question aside, this may have either been an opportunity to delve into it and go to a more scientific approach, or be a little more direct and personal, so it intrigues the player.

As it is, it does neither.
I know this is just a little test game, but musings can be very fascinating to read and share, and this one could easily have easily reached this level of fascination.

We meet again, Kylalia >:D

Over the course of several games and several reviews, it seems that I am extremely proficient at not overhyping, not underhyping, but rather... hyping. You get exactly what I say you'll get xD
That is, on its own, a little disappointing. But it's a very good place to start. It means that I know exactly what I'm making, and the things it lacks.

Thank you for playing and reviewing. I hope to have enough time to improve, or expand upon, these concepts.
So we do!
I certainly seem to come back to your games a lot. They really are what I like to play inbetween, haha.

Well, if you want a more detailed viewpoint, or if anything is unclear, as always, do ask. I admit I was fairly tired as I did this.
All the best to your future gam mak.
