Where the frick have I been? (Part Deux?)

Well... It's been a while... I've been busy lately, so I didn't post much. And the exams will end the upcoming week so I can return developing the game. So... what was I working on during the silence? The project I teased a few times. That one is mostly done. I need to fix up some bugs and I may release a public beta. Granted, that build has some images that are now kept as placeholders until better-suited ones are applied (and work out some kinks). That, along with updating the launcher to handle the new engine better. It took a while to get the game running in the new engine (complete with a new battle system and GPU accelerated effects) but the demo is playable until the end. And the native Linux port (sans the launcher since I'll need to port it to Mono) works as expected. So... I'm pretty close to release that project. And if anybody asks, yes, it has a relation with Immortal Sins. I'll tell you what it is when I have something presentable.
