Okay, this just sucks to high heaven. I've been infected with the most god-awful virus I've ever seen: Cryptowall. Long story short, it encrypts and scrambles all of your files, then demands a pricey ransom to "rescue" them! (A 200$+ ransom that may or may not actually unlock the files!) Evil. Pure &%@$%@# evil. I'd love to shove its writer into a pit of venomous, man-eating snakes. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Rant over. The game is "safe" in that it was not directly infected, but I need to make sure it's CLEAN before I release any further updates... It'll take about a week to rebuild and clean up everything, but I won't give up yet! It'll take more than a virus to kill my spirit~!

In the very beginning at the gate of the palace, game freezes with following message:
Failed to load: audio/bgm/03_Suspense.ogg
Well that's embarrassing. I missed a file during packaging and trimming! A new, fixed download will be available right away. Sorry. XP

EDIT: And fixed. The new update should be up now.
Just got stuck in the castle.
I think an event didn't work right when entering the throneroom. The part with Ashe sprinting through the flames was missing so I'm now on the wrong side of the fire and can't go to the balcony.
And the quest complete appears each time you entered a cleared part of the castle.

Thanks for telling me. I thought I quashed that bug long ago... At any rate, this glitch will be fixed in tomorrow's update, along with some newly added scenes.

EDIT: Fixed. The update is complete. If you encountered this glitch, please re-download the game, or do not kill more than 33 slimes. This will fail the slime quest if the choice is made to charge through the fire, but it is the only way to avoid the glitch, save a re-download.

Why not? I can play through your game and look for passability errors, grammar and, of course, bugs and gliches. Everything I find gets a place in MS Paint. But such thinks will be better send by PM.

Just saw this game and had to subscribe :)

But I'm curious. I went through the screen shots and noticed that the name of the character speaking does not show of the speechbox? Is that on purpose or to be corrected later on???

As for the names, that was deliberate. I may use name-boxes for this in the future if I can find the right script.

EDIT: I have decided to use name-boxes after further consideration!

That's the goal! :) Unfortunately since I'm having trouble with bugs, progress is slower than I want. I will keep working on it, so don't worry. :D

I just want to play this game as fast as possible I like it soo much that I still play the demo over and over again xD
Updated again! This time it was a bugfix and rebalancing involving the slimes, as well as a bugfix for the forest scene.
First bug I notice, in the name textbox and in many messages, the character name if you change it, won't be the name you've change it to. Maybe you missed it or something but where ever the name of the main charcter is place the info
\n where x is the actor id.
Argh, I thought I fixed that long ago! (I use the /n code a lot, so that's not the problem.) Okay, that bug's next on my fix-list. Thank you for telling me. I may need to ditch the ability to rename the hero if I can't fix this issue... Until I find the source of this irritating bug, do not rename the hero. Again, thank you! :)
I just finished playing your game and I really like it so far !!

However - and I hope you don't think badly of me for suggesting this - can I suggest that you change the transfer points between the maps ? Personally, I think it would be easier for anyone playing this game if you set the point that the player appears on the map just ahead of your transfer events - you see, a few times I accidently went back to a previous map when I didn't want to do so.

Aside from that, good job so far !!
