The up and coming robot designer, Dr. Wily, has built a robot theme
park called Robo-Land. This is his first venture into a world that knows very little about these machines. However, something isn't right. The robots no longer obey commands and eight "Robot Masters" have taken control of the park. Four heroes must each use their given traits and skills to explore Robo-Land and reign them in!

This is my 2nd full length game created for RPG Maker MV. The concept comes from the versatile class system of Final Fantasy and the choose your own path of the Megaman games. It plays like an old school turn based RPG but differs in that the order you take on the stages is up to the player. You gain abilities by
leveling up your characters and by defeating the robot masters. The game uses both free and purchased materials from the rpg maker community as well as free to use scripts that involved more complex functions like Item mixing and Shop synthesis for buying equipment. Also, this game has almost no random battles except for a few small areas.

random thoughts
can pic heros and name them. that's pretty cool.

have save in the menu but its disabled that's bad

the inn keeper is a older women but her avatar is a male with a beard!

what is with the weird sprites and avatars? a little girl has a boy for a avatar!

i really like the weapon store tho! it lets you see all the stats the piece of gear effects rather then just what gives the most points in general!
its just a shame when you buy something it doesn't say on the page (equippable characters for example)

i love the equip screen

the MM style boss intro :D

i like how the characters don't have many skills. 4 per character is great!

it seems as tho you can go to any location you want but cannot clear them in any order.
i first went to the west location (blaze unimech) and when i finally got to the end there was a locked door which the key as far as i could tell was not at this location.


General 1H 15M dropped (don't want to go thru the battles)
While i ended up dropping this. i did get some enjoyment out of it. the mapping and balance for battles is good.
as well as the option of which location you wish to go to first.
other minor details like nostalgic moments/ideas from classic series was also nice to see.

if there were something that made it so i didn't have to go thru any battle besides specials like the boss i would of liked this a lot more.
like a accessory/level Req that instant kills the mob outside of battle so you can keep going would of been awesome! or even a skill that instinct wins battles.
to cater to those more interested in other things.
tho i appreciated the choice off characters and different roles they play.

the grammar from what i played was good tho a few improvements could be made.

Latest update: All elementals spheres weak to Poison now to assist with Chemist early game skill.
Added a few elements/tips to help the player find the Libra ability early on.
Various spelling fixes.
Game now in MV format with Side-View battlers and various other improvements / fixes.
Thanks to the 100+ downloads the VX Ace version had.
Mysteriously enough, I absolutely cannot find all 5 mysterious artifact in the Aqueous Tentrilz stage anymore! I only found 4...

Nevermind, I just remembered the last one was a pickaxe and found it among the other parts of the map.
For me, crafting successfully with book 2 crashes the game while calling for a sound effect, even though the file is there and functional...

the error message reads: failed to load: audio/se/%20Ice4.ogg

Update: Yeah, very odd.
I recompiled the Game just in case and re-shared it on Google Drive.
The only workaround I can suggest to get past it if it continues is to copy
a known .ogg file that works in the "SE" library and rename it to "Ice4" deleting the bad one.

Still crashing with the same error. Maybe there was a porting issue of some sort with an event trigger. I'm not sure if the file the game's looking for is supposed to have %20 in its name or not...
I managed to reach the end, but it's crashing the game with error: object too deep.
Dang, yeah possibly a port issue.
I'll see if I can replicate.

UPDATE: Removed the Ice4 SE from being called by the crafting plug-in.
Changed some Parallel process triggers to Auto-Run triggers during the final cut-scene so the Object Too Deep error no longer occurs.

There is some bugs with the chemist moves like when she uses oil the mix that causes attack to go up by them she uses it on the bad guy instead please fix other then that I love the game I'm on my third run I think the sniper needs a buff luck doesn't really do anything for me and his damage is low and reload kind of sucks.
Thanks for the feedback Devante511! I will certainly check out that Chemist issue and see what I can do to tweak the Sniper a bit.

Update:
Fixed the Chemist Oil mixture that targeted an enemy rather than an ally.

Tweaked a few sniper traits to start with.
1. Raised his overall MAX LUK Stat.
2. Gave his Class +4% on Criticals (All Guns will add to this)
3. Improved a few skills that use LUK stat for damage by adding a multiplier.
