Weed Farm Turned Horror
Joseph's Farm Review

Joseph(Seraph)'s Farm is a horror game that is all about a protagonist named... uh, what was her name again? I deleted the game after playing it. It turned out to be rather bland as I expected, but there are things that I do want to signify out of this game. And said significations are the ones that made this game a 3.5 for a first-time game.

Gameplay: "Save. Save. SAVE."

The gameplay is rather bland, consisting of puzzles and fuck-ups that would later on be your very demise. Oh, and good luck saving it in a part that would pretty much be the death of your character. This game has its cheap moments and some parts, but there were not executed properly. I don't know if this is a first-made game from the author, but it's already showing some results. As far as it is, the gameplay here is similar to the horror games you see nowadays.

Pros:
- Had some signifying parts
- Multiple endings
- The Apartments Area

Cons:
- Had some signifying parts... just executed poorly
- Had cheap moments
- Multiple endings
- Oddly-confused at some parts

Graphics and Music: "RTP God approves."

And assuming that this is a first-made game from the creator, the usage of the RTP was highly necessary. Still, never knowing that some parts of the RTP were used properly, it was fitting.

(No more comments were made because the reviewer had his brain fried in the Finals.)

Pros:
- RTP used properly

Cons:
- RTP

Story: "Put an MC Girl and a LC Boy and you've got a horror game!"

The game is your standard horror game. You have a girl here pitted in a horror scenario. You got a fairly useless male character that gives you a notion to smoke some cigs and randomly bizarre areas that make no sense, at all. You then get superpowers that has no use at all in the ending (though I don't remember because I'm busy with life). Plus, the first line of this paragraph pretty much explains everything. Good day, sir!

Pros:
- I get superpowers!

Cons:
- I get superpowers used only once!
- I think I'm playing the same game again. I need to check the proof in my body.

Overall: "First come, first serve. In the whooping."

It still is a good game for a first-made shortened game. There were parts that were explainable, but it also included other parts where I'm in the swinging branch and confused that said branch is still not breaking because of my weight. Still, for a first-made game, this deserves special notion. And if you excuse me,

*lighter starts to flicker*

I need to get my imaginations back. Good day.

The scoring feels a bit off to me, since you've said a lot of negative things about the game and very few positives. I completely agree with you on the story aspect, though. You made a great point which I forgot to mention in my own review.

You'd think MZ would use a dictionary for switches/variables by now?

Welp, forgot that part. Thought I clicked the 3.5 option. Thanks for reminding me. :)
