Charaters updates in the game profile!
Finally all the portraits are finished...now I can move on to pixel sprites and tiles.
And I'm SO HAPPY to tell you all that we're having musicians for original soundtracks!
There are two shared on Tumblr:
~ Main Theme by Larz
~ Xaviera's Theme by Qingqi
Still very slow progress because I don't have much time until August...and I'll have to work on Trick & Treat's steam version first (September or October) before focusing on this projectI never thought T&T could be lit during the summer ;w; Therefore...hopefully a demo in the winter!

Glasses-wearing assistant... Is that a common trope, so I'm not surprised? I'm also thinking mechanic, 'cause glasses and smock??

In the world of character design, glasses = smart and you always want your assistant to be smart. Also, I'm assuming she's a painter.
And I pegged Renee as a girl. Unisex name and boyish look aside she is wearing a skirt after all (it looks too wide to be those poofy Souseiseki pants that I hate so much)
If I were to guess just based on these images and no other knowledge other than that they're all witches...

Marilyn - Charlotte's great great great great grandmother (LOL) who's a time or illusion witch

... Is Amelia's Alternate Outfit like Vanessa's? ... No, Vanessa has glasses, not googles. I guess the Alt. Outfit was something like an Amelia Airhart ref or something... Don't feel like going back and checking with the dialogue atm.

Amelia's alternate outfit is just a steampunk maid uniform because I love steampunk :D
(I think Vanessa will look great in a steampunk outfit, too. Everyone will XDD)
I knew Vanessa was an artist because of that screenshot you have of her standing by a painting saying "This is my studio" but even forcing that to not influence my decision she still looked like an artist to me.
A technomage would be cool but might be out of place. I'm also a total sucker for greasemonkeys though so I was scrutinizing poor Vanessa hard on that.
As for the pants, those aren't too bad. It's the really poofy ones I dislike. Like MC Hammer but shorts.
