Ah I forgot to say it in the repo, we are using save points now because the two layer menu is not very convenient and glitches sometimes qwq

Savepoints are also good for control. Less chance of a player getting themselves stuck. For a long jRPG they're a pain but for adventure games, I think they're fantastic.
