Hey, guys! I figured it was about time for another update, so here I am with yet another thrilling progress report!

I'm pleased to say that Chapter Two was released to those in the early access program more or less on schedule. If I recall correctly, it was released a few days later than I initially planned because I was waiting on my quality assurance person to finish looking over the edits. Still, I'm pretty pleased with both the timeliness of the release and the quality of the finished product.

As far as Chapter Three is concerned, I'm over halfway through editing the daily life of Chapter Three. I only started like two week ago, and I've taken a multitude of days off (due to various happenings with school starting up again and whatnot), so it's actually going pretty quickly. At this rate, the daily life will be edited in its entirety by the fourth or fifth of February (if not sooner).

Now, I mentioned in the title that I have a roadmap for the rest of the editing process here. I know I haven't been the best at hitting my predictions in the past, but I've been on a roll lately, so I'm fairly confident in the feasibility of hitting the deadlines I'm about to list.

Chapter Three: Finished and out to the early access peeps by the end of March.

Chapter Four: Finished and out to the early access peeps by the end of June.

Chapter Five: Finished and out to early access peeps preferably by the end of August. If not then, by the end of September.

As a reminder, the day I hand Chapter Five off to those in the early access program is the day the Prologue and Chapter One will officially release. So, as soon as these three chapters are edited, Forge:Re will begin releasing on a one chapter per month basis.

Now, you might wonder why I'm a little wishy-washy on the target date for Chapter Five. Well for starters, I've always wanted to get this editing nonsense over and done with before school starts up in the fall. So, I really want to get it done by the end of August. What's more, I'm fairly confident that Chapter Three and Chapter Four will be finished ahead of their respective deadlines. The earlier they release, the sooner I can get to work on Chapter Five, which would serve to make hitting the August target date all the easier.

But, I know full well that things don't always go according to plan. Any number of things could crop up and hinder progress between now and August. So the September deadline is like a contingency plan for if things go south. Hopefully it won't come to that and all of the chapters will release early, but I won't know how realistic that is for several months yet.
