This is Alana's Magical Girl Outfit, it's sort of based around icecream I think? I don't remember talking about "Alana is Brazililan" :P

She was designed to be kind of ambiguously brown, so if you would like her to be Brazilian, please feel free to see her as Brazilian.

She looks very brazilian with the green-blue-yellow color scheme and what not but I don't think its intentional lol
