An alternate take on the classic fairytale of Rapunzel. Short puzzle game with horror elements.

Lavender is a young girl who grew up in a tower deep inside the forest, forbidden from ever leaving. She was raised by a witch who warned her about the dangers of the outside world, instilling her with fear. However, on her 12th birthday, she drops her birthday present out of her bedroom window, leaving her horrified. The witch had left earlier, so perhaps it would be possible to get it back before she returns...

Find your way out of the tower you call your home, solving puzzles that obstruct your path.

Made for the Pixel Horror Jam 2016.

currently playing it.. now i'm stuck at the potions part
TT^TT
Beautiful game! I'm in love with the art and the aesthetic used on it, plus the soundtrack, it's a very calming atmosphere.

The puzzles are challenging. I'm not used with puzzle games so these ones were kinda difficult for me, but it's okay since I kinda like challenges.

I could notice some meaning behind the paintings in each room, am I wrong? It's interesting, they raise some questions since it's a short game and the history's not very inserted.

Finished and liked it a lot! I wish it was longer, though...
Now I'm focused on finding out the password for the extra; can't you give me any clues?

Help underneath:

Find pink hair on each floor.
Place them on the tree bottom floor.
Look at painting in the hidden(horror) section of the game to find a clue for the password, the clue gives an instant giveaway.
For a short game this was an amazing experience! The puzzles were fun & a bit challenging, but not to hard. The story was nicely paced and I loved the extra room! I hope to see even more amazing games by this artist! And last but not least thank you for making such a great game!!!
