Coz this town is underground, water is a precious comodity. These are the comunial baths for the residents of Refuge City... :-)

If the water was really that precious they wouldn't really have open baths the size of swimming pools, you have any idea how much they would need to be maintained and refilled?

Sorry my first reply was added on the move from a Netbook with a crappy battery... lol,

Refuge City is the biggest exporter of water to the other subterranean cities...

Refuge City is the only city that doesn't have to be as stringent with its water... :-)

I am only using RTP because I feel that it will suffice. I am adding hints of graphical care and time, but I felt that this one was sufficient.
