Don't mix the RTP with Gameboy/Pokemon graphics. It looks out of place.

The RTP looks really out of place here, you can find dozens of regular Pokemon sprites for RPG Maker 2003 at alot of places. However without the RTP this does look like a real Pokemon map, so on that aspect good job.

dude change your charsets now.
the charsets are too big for doors, buildings, etc.
