Wren, Seer of Shar, is partway through his pilgrimage to visit the God Shrines when disaster strikes and his Guardian, Ellone, falls ill. Thankfully, they find shelter in a desert city, and whilst Ellone's illness is grave, it isn't deadly. However, she must rest up, leaving Wren with little to do whilst he waits.

Curious about the town and its inhabitants, Wren finds himself becoming embroiled in the mystery of the city of Gartull, and the wild mixture of beings who live within the walls.

Join Wren as he explores the city, unearths its mysteries and kills time, waiting for his Guardian to awaken.

Characters
Wren:
A Seer of Shar, he is serious, kind and helpful, though quite silly sometimes. He tends to overreact a bit when it comes to Ellone, his Guardian, and depends on her for most things.

Ellone:
Wren's Guardian, she is dutiful, serious and cares only for Wren. Loyal to a fault, she sometimes takes her Guardianship to excess, pushing herself far beyond the limits in order to protect her charge.

Em: Bright, bubbly and air-headed, she hates doing anything remotely akin to working.

Maka: Sarcastic and bold, she likes anything to do with battle. She is seeking the grave of an old warrior.

Regus: Runs into Wren whilst searching for his missing brother, he doesn't talk much, but he is very protective of Wren for some reason.

Lithen: A mage who is searching for the hidden history of a nearby landmark, he is usually quite shy except when on the subject of magic and books.

Fer: A theatre owner and travelling bard who is trying to gather new inspiration, he enjoys a good monologue and tends to speak of himself in second-person... seemingly just because he can.

Reyma: A weather-witch who is looking in to changes to the local weather patterns, despite her very proper appearance, she swears like a sailor. Has a special hatred of birds and mushrooms, which she is all too happy to share her opinions on, loudly.

T'la: A dark Djinn who got into some trouble and needs to work off excess karma before it catches up with him. He decides to join Wren in the hopes that helping a Seer will wrack up some bonus points.

Seer Wren is set in the same world as Seer Dell: Dragon, though it does not take place in the same time or setting, so seeing any characters from the first game are highly unlikely.
