Update v1.02 added - new kid's mode implemented.

Minor issues fixed, credits properly updated and additional of two extra characters, Troll and Fairy.

These characters can be picked up at the very start, before you enter the Dungeon: they are super-powered and this allows younger players to enjoy the game as well.

NB: This update should not impact any current save-games you may have.

FYI: the .exe files have been replaced wint .zip archives instead, due to complaints that .exe was failing to unpack correctly. thanks
