V1.1 Bug fixes.

1. Wilhelm, at Wolf's house, after leaving the bar for the first time. Transfer was accidentally omitted. Corrected.

2. Cecilia's lame duck ending path. Upon telling Bo Peep that you won't take her case, Jacob gives you the option of changing your mind. Switch failed to reopen Road Home options. Corrected.
