Haha. Yes, an excellent movie indeed. Once again, this is another wonderful piece by my artist: yo_roppa. This is my intended background for the game, but I'm having trouble adding more flavor to title screen. I want to make it more personal rather than a static image and a default font.

I think a really pretty title screen you could pull of with this would be something where there's particles floating in the foreground and you could have the stars sparkle and you could also have the hand move up and down implying it's getting closer but never actually touching the girl.
Going for that effect, though, you'd also probably have to animate the birds and shooting star to make it look best, and I guess that would be too much effort.
You could always just go for something really minimalist. Those kinds of title screens generally seem to work out pretty great. Here's a few of mine if it helps.
