Reason for lack of updates and new project announcement.
This is a very short blog post just explaining the reason for the lack of updates is the following
1. My mental health went down for 2 weeks, however this week it's gone back up and stabled again, (I'm still expected to keep improving, and unlikely to go too far back down for a short time again, from what the professionals tell me).
2. Started a new project last week that I'm finding much easier to create, for the time being I'll focus on this one, so I'll probably put up a game page and talk about it in more detail when I reach a good stage with it.
For now I am happy to share the new project is currently a working titled, but a title I like, called "Adventure Guild: Pandora Predicament". Title may change, may stay the same.
I decided to use RTP Facesets for this and if I like the outcome of the game upon completion, then I would consider expanding it and changing things to custom characters, but only at that stage.
I do just want to use RTP Facesets first.
Mechanics are very different from "Chained Worlds", but almost all sorted out now. I won't talk about them here at all but plan to on a new game page in future.
With the "guild" in the title, the plot contains a single mission given to the main characters from a guild and the guild is only there for story purposes for a scene in the beginning and possibly the end of the game.
Most of the game takes place on a island with one main town and large kingdom. The island still has everything from snow, desert, grass and wasteland environments that can be explored with at least 1 dungeon in each of these locations.
That's all I'm sharing for now.
3. I'm still quite slow at things, but that doesn't matter to me.
This is why I'll say you'll hear the next update, on what ever I work on next, when ever that may be.
